We have created a mutual discovery process that will allow us both to make an informed business decision. We have outlined the process below.

1. You inquire about the Oggi’s franchise opportunity.

2. We will contact you via phone and discuss your background, business goals and personal financial situation.  We also have an in-depth discussion of our discovery process.

3. You are then sent our franchise brochure.

4. You are then encouraged to complete the Request for Consideration Form and return it to us for our review.

5. Oggi’s Executives will review your Request for Consideration Form. Completing this form does not obligate you in any fashion.

6. We will call you to review this information and send you our Federal Disclosure Document.

7. We will then review the Federal Disclosure Document with you and address your questions.

8. When this review is completed and it is determined that we have common business goals, you are invited to our Discovery Day Program held at our corporate headquarters in San Diego, CA.

9. You then attend Discovery Day, tour several local franchisee locations, visit our corporate offices and meet with key corporate personnel.

10. We then review your specific local market demographics, client profile analysis and territories available within the market under consideration. Location criteria and Pre-opening check list are reviewed and discussed as well.

11. After Discovery Day, you will be encouraged to contact existing franchisees and complete the Business Plan Template.

12. We will address any remaining questions that have surfaced in your discovery process.

13. If both Oggi’s Executives and you feel that this opportunity addresses our collective business goals, you will be awarded a Franchise Agreement.
