 CALIFORNIA GOLD (4.8 ABV)Our lightest beer. A refreshing Cream Ale brewed for those who enjoy a clean, crisp beer. A hint of Vienna malt adds body and flavor while preserving the light color. Light Sterling hops add a bit of spice in the aroma to give this California Blonde Ale its subtle, drinkable quality.
 DUCK DIVE HEFEWEIZEN (5.5 ABV)This American-Style Hefeweizen (pronounced He-fe-vite-zin) is unfiltered and naturally cloudy from the generous use of inported wheat malt. It has a refreshing, bready flavor and a distinct creamy taste and texture. This lightly hopped beer is very enjoyable and easy to drink with a great wheat aftertaste.
 PARADISE PALE ALE (6.0 ABV)An American Pale Ale full of fresh hop flavors. British crystal malts and a full flavored Pale malt lend this beer its exceptionally clean, smooth malty flavor and beautiful copper orange color. The floral hop aroma makes this beer encticing, while the moderate hop bitterness leaves the beer refreshing, thirst quenching and well balanced.
 TORREY PINES IPA (6.8 ABV)Intensely bold hop flavors define this American-style India Pale Ale. Five different types of hops and imported English malts are used to maximize flavor and create fresh hop flavor and aroma. It is double dry-hopped in both the fermenter and serving tank to please any hop-head.
 DOUBLE UP DOUBLE IPA (8.5 ABV)This Double IPA uses Premium American 2-Row and a touch of light crystal malt to create a mellow malt foundation. Four different Hop Varieties are used in this beer. It spends one week dry hopping in the fermenter giving it a floral, slightly piney, grapefruit and citrus aroma. Unlike most Double IPAs, this beer shy’s away from a malty body and starts out with a clean bitterness that finishes off smooth and leaves you wanting more.
 SUNSET AMBER ALE (6.0 ABV)This copper colored American Amber Ale has a malty flavor with a clean, dry finish. Hopped with mostly Amarillo hops, this beer has a wonderful floral/citrus aroma and flavor. This is a classic West Coast Amber Ale.
 MCGARVEY’S SCOTTISH ALE (5.2 ABV)A rich, malty Scottish-Style Export Ale brewed with small amounts of dark grains for color and flavor. By mashing in at a higher temperature the beer receives a hint of sweetness. A small amount of hops are used to keep the bitterness low.
 BLACK MAGIC STOUT (7.8 ABV)Simply a stronger version of a traditional Dry Irish Stout. It is a full bodied, dark brew that is rich and malty with plenty of roasted barley character. This hearty stout is layered with flavors of roasted barely, chocolate and coffee.
